Corina is a Master's graduate from the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work . Corina utilizes DBT and CBT approaches within a psychotherapy setting. Her life experience with multiple alternative communities has inspired her to counsel those within such communities who might hesitate to engage in therapy. A key focus of hers is on those who identify more with their online lives than their day-to-day ones.

Corina specializes in intergenerational trauma, individuals with eating disorders, and has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds such as those who identify as non-binary, transgender, and LGBTQAI.

Keisha Hampton, MA, LSW

Keisha earned a Bachelors in Business Administration from Aurora University and a Masters in Leadership and Management from Concordia University – St. Paul. She chose to return to Aurora University to follow her passion of helping others and recently received her Masters of Social Work.

Keisha is passionate about healing, self-care, Black mental health and wellness, and providing safe spaces. She works with adolescents and young adults; specializing in developing coping skills, life adjustments, boundary setting, anxiety, and depression.

A’Ja Holmes, LPC

A’Ja completed her Bachelor's Degree from DePaul University and her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University.  A’Ja enjoys working with people in adolescence though older adulthood learning to cope with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, stress, trauma (PTSD), identity exploration, grief and loss, life transitions and relationship issues. 

A’Ja believes that her direct yet empathic approach allows clients to feel safe, understood and hold themselves accountable to the change they want to see. A’Ja also leans into her beliefs as a Christian as the foundation of her kind, humble, gentle, patient, and loving approach with clients. A’Ja is also completing training to be certified as a First Responder Counselor, which will equip her to provide therapy services for first responders (police officers, fire fighters, EMTs, etc).

Rachael Henderson is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Tennessee.

Skyler Sheffer - Clinical Intern

Skyler completed her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Aurora University and is currently working on her Master's Degree in social work from Aurora University. She is eager to work with adolescent and adult populations. She has experience working in crisis intervention, and her goal is to help clients cope with stress by focusing on their strengths and using an empathetic approach to develop healthy coping skills

Tennille Perry - Clinical Intern

Tennille earned a Bachelors in Business Management with a specialty in Healthcare Finance and is currently working on her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a member of the American Counseling Association and the Association for Child and Adolescent Counseling. She received certification in Adult Mental Health First Aid by the National Council for Behavioral Health. Tennille has also attended and completed The Clinicians Guide for Suicide Prevention Summit.

She is eager to work with adolescents (12+), adults, couples, and groups. Tennille is dedicated to providing compassionate support and guidance to individuals seeking support on their mental health journey. Tennille's interests in mental health are derived from a genuine desire to help others coping with anxiety, depression, and/or trauma, especially in BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.

Dedicated and friendly, Nina is excited to be a part of this impactful team and is eager to support. Nina earned a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Morgan State University. She is pursuing furthering her studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

In addition to her role as a Therapist, Keisha provides additional administrative support.
