  • At this time all services are conducted through teletherapy only. We utilize a HIPAA compliant and secure platform called Simple Practice for all telehealth sessions.

  • At this time, we do not have a Psychiatrist on staff and cannot prescribe or dispense any medications.

  • In order for your therapist to sign off on any paperwork, client must be established in and consistently attending services for a minimum of 3 months for proper assessment. to be made. Paperwork fees are billed at $75/hour and are not covered by insurance.

  • Unfortunately no, we can only practice in the state in which we are licensed. Our staff currently holds licenses in Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, and Tennessee.

  • Each clinician’s schedule varies, however at least one therapist is available Sunday-Saturday. Our Admin hours are Monday-Friday and may be limited during the summer and holidays. Calls or emails received outside of Admin hours will be returned within 72 hours.

  • Our sessions are billed as followed: Initial session $175/hour, Individual $140/hour, Couples and Family $175/hour. Self Pay rate is $90/session. For self-pay clients we also offer a sliding scale ranging from $70-$150 a session. We utilize a sliding scale fee schedule based on income. Check our rates tab for more information.

  • YES! We currently accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield(PPO), Cigna Behavioral Health, and United Healthcare. Until we are in network with your insurance carrier, we can generate a “superbill” for potential reimbursement. You must pay out of pocket for services, however they may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. You can check your coverage by asking your insurance provider the following questions:

    -Do I have out of network mental health (outpatient) benefits?

    -What is my deductible and has it been met for this year?

    -Do I have a copay?

    -How many outpatient sessions per year does my insurance cover?

    -What is the coverage amount per session (reimbursement rate)?

    -Is approval required from my primary care physician?

  • All you need is a device with video capability (mobile phone, laptop, tablet, etc.) and a strong internet connection. Prior to each session you will receive a link to join the video session. We recommend that you plan to be in a private location for optimal confidentiality. For a few tips on preparing for your session, click here.

  • Payment is due the morning of service. When signing up for services, it is required to have a card on file. Your card will be charged the morning of your session. Any declined cards not resolved will result in a session cancellation. Card must be on file whether you are utilizing insurance or paying out of pocket. Our platform is HIPAA compliant, secure, and encrypted to protect your personal information.

    We accept all major credit cards as well as Flexible Savings Accounts(FSA) and Health Savings Accounts(HSA) as payment. If you are unable to attend your session, please make sure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand. Late Cancellations(less than 24 hours prior to scheduled start time) or No Shows(10 minutes after scheduled appointment) will be charged 50% of your scheduled rate. This fee is NOT covered by insurance. For Promise Fund clients, the Late Cancellation/No Show fee is $15. For clients seeing our clinical interns, the Late/No Show fee is $10. Any declined payments must be reconciled before the next scheduled appointment or that appointment will be canceled.
